The Ski school Reith im Alpbachtal runs the learning area situated right next to the Reitherkogelbahn bottom station. Laid out over a wide and flat area it is an ideal spot to make the first skiing moves. Learning to ski and getting a feel is made easy with the aid of a ski carousel.
The Wiesenlift Babylift (S) is 260 m long and covers an altitude difference of 20 m - ideal for the first "downhill". The 450m long Brandachlift button lift (P) on a gentle slope is the next step. Once you feel confident enough get on board the Reitherkogelbahn 8-seater gondola and try out your skills on the blue run to the Hochlift button lift(Q).
On your next skiing holiday (who knows maybe already on your first) you can speed from top to bottom station down run no. 15 - a popular run for beginners and intermediates - what a joy! The Liftstüberl next to the bottom station has a lovely terrace where parents can watch their ski stars.
